1. Delaware -- Undefeated, beat JMU without Pat Devlin
2. App. St. -- Couldn't move the Mountaineers up or down
3. Jacksonville St. -- Thwarting upset bids left and right
4. William & Mary -- Second-best team in a tough conference
5. Stephen F. Austin -- Can't move them up any further
