There was a new No. 1 team on my ballot this week after Delaware fell to William & Mary by a point.
It's not Appalachian State. Nor is it William & Mary.
Ladies and gentlemen, say 'Hello,' to the new No. 1 team, Jacksonville State.
Appalachian State stays at No. 2 with William & Mary creeping its way up to No. 3. The Blue Hens, who have one of the toughest schedules in the FCS, dropped to No. 4 while Stephen F. Austin rounds out the Top 5.
