- Scouts from three teams (Packers, Panthers and Texans) watched several soon-to-graduate Texas State seniors participate in agility, speed and strength drills Wednesday morning.
- Cornerback Drenard Williams had the best vertical (37") and broad jump (10'3") out of those seniors put through their paces with wide receiver Da'Marcus Griggs coming in a close second (32", 10'2").
- Griggs lowered his personal best 40-yard dash time from 4.6 to 4.3 while Williams clocked a 4.4.
- Griggs' marks in the 40, broad jump and vertical leap were all personal bests.
- Sam Pier knocked out 22 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press while Marcus Clark and Woody McClendon each got 19.
